Terms of Service & Revision Policy

Welcome to Creaxela. By accessing our website, commissioning creative services, or subscribing to our monthly retainers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Creaxela is an AI-powered creative production studio providing high-impact graphic design, commercial AI video and motion production, creator thumbnails, and recurring monthly creative retainers. We explicitly distinguish between creative asset production and media buying / paid ad management. Unless explicitly contracted under a separate custom agreement, media buying, Facebook/Google ad account access, and direct platform community management are excluded.

2. Revision Policy & Workflow

To ensure rapid turnaround while protecting creative excellence, all projects operate under structured revision terms:

• Individual Graphic Packs & One-Off Projects: Include up to two (2) clearly defined rounds of consolidated revisions.
• Monthly Retainers (Starter / Growth / Agency Plus): Include one (1) to two (2) defined revision rounds per delivered asset batch, as specified in the package agreement.
• Scope of Revisions: Revisions cover typography adjustments, font sizing, color grading tweaks, headline rewording, logo resizing, and aspect ratio repositioning within the original brief.
• Out-of-Scope Changes: Completely changing the creative concept, introducing a new product line midway, or altering primary dimensions after approval will be quoted as a new creative scope.

3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted full, perpetual, worldwide commercial usage rights to the final rendered raster/vector assets (PNG, JPG, MP4, WebP) delivered by Creaxela for your marketing, advertising, website, and commercial broadcasting. Layered master source files (PSD, Figma, ProRes) are provided where included in the package tier or requested under custom quotation.

4. Client Asset Guarantees & Indemnification

You guarantee that any text, trademarks, logos, photography, or audio supplied by you for inclusion in creative projects are either owned by you or appropriately licensed. You assume full legal responsibility for any claims arising from copyright infringement or false advertising regarding client-supplied claims.

5. Third-Party AI Tool Boundaries

We deploy advanced generative AI systems as part of our internal production toolchain. We do not represent that raw generative tools are infallible. All final assets undergo human art direction, typography overlay, and quality control. The 3D pop-out effect is offered as a creative technique subject to asset suitability and is not guaranteed for every subject.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
