Because Creaxela provides custom-engineered digital creative assets, bespoke video renders, and reserved studio time, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the labor and computing resources invested into each order.
1. One-Off Graphic & Video Orders
- Prior to Production Kick-off: If you request cancellation before our creative team has initiated concept rendering or storyboard development (within 4 hours of payment), a 100% full refund will be issued.
- During Drafting Phase: Once draft concepts or storyboard previews have been rendered and delivered, upfront project deposits are non-refundable to cover artist time and AI rendering costs. You remain entitled to your included revision rounds.
- After Final Handover: Due to the irreversible nature of high-resolution digital media deliveries, no refunds are granted once final unwatermarked master files have been downloaded or transferred.
2. Monthly Creative Retainers (Starter / Growth / Agency Plus)
Our monthly creative retainers (₹2,499, ₹4,999, ₹8,999) operate on a flexible 30-day billing cycle with no long-term lock-in contract:
- You may cancel or downgrade your retainer at any time by providing written notice via email to
softenkik@gmail.com or WhatsApp at least 15 days before the next monthly billing date.
- Unused creative quotas do not automatically roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing under a custom enterprise agreement.
